February 2011 Update

To our valued CRM and Maximizer clients:

There are some significant changes that have occurred at Inspirion.

After more than 12 years, Cory Robinson has decided to step down from his daily operational activities at Inspirion to move on to other CRM consulting opportunities. As Cory was the primary driver of the CRM consulting arm of Inspirion, Inspirion has made the decision to no longer continue with our Maximizer Partnership. As such, Inspirion will no longer sell, support, or provide training for CRM or Maximizer solutions.

So to our Maximizer clients, we would like to sincerely thank you for the business you’ve given us over the past 12+ years. Inspirion’s CRM arm could not have flourished and grown to the levels it did without your support and referrals.

Moving forward, Maximizer customers will be able to receive services directly from Maximizer Software Inc. As many of you may already be aware, Maximizer’s maintenance program is available for support, there are several online training offerings direct from Maximizer, and Maximizer’s Professional Services department offers MaxExpress Installation and Configuration assistance.
